The Senior Writer provides high-level writing, editing, and research support for complex correspondence management tasks within the IHS Office of Executive Secretariat Staff (ExecSec) under the Office of the IHS Director. This role involves researching, organizing, writing, editing, and producing final products for a wide variety of complex documentation. The Senior Writer will also recommend overall organization, layout, editorial standards, and information relevance for correspondence. Coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy and consistency is key, as is interviewing subject-matter experts and leadership personnel to develop or confirm content requirements. The position involves preparing draft replies for review and approval by designated officials.
