At May Institute, our employees support children and adults with autism, brain injury, developmental disabilities, and other neurobehavioral disorders across schools, homes, residential programs, day habilitation programs, and community-based services throughout Massachusetts. Every day, extraordinary things happen across our organization. Lives change. Milestones are reached. Families find support. Employees make a difference. We are growing something special at May - a high-performing internal marketing agency dedicated to telling the stories that matter most in human services. We’re looking for a talented, mission-driven Senior Writer & Content Strategist to play a defining role in that effort - serving as the primary editorial voice and storytelling authority for one of the most important missions in behavioral health. In this role, you’ll serve as a primary storyteller and editorial voice for May Institute—creating content that informs, inspires, and connects people to our mission. You’ll work closely with marketing leadership to shape how we communicate with employees, families, referral sources, donors, job seekers, and the communities we serve. This is more than a writing role. It’s an opportunity to help people understand the impact of the work we do every day.
