The Senior Workplace Experience Manager exists to ensure the workplace is not just functional—but a destination that supports connection, collaboration, and productivity. You will architect experiences that make coming into the office purposeful, energizing, and aligned with Intapp’s values—while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. We’re looking for a Senior Workplace Experience Manager to lead and elevate the in person experience- in our New York City office. This role owns the end-to end workplace experience for the NYC office, with accountability for strategy, execution, and outcomes. As the face of Workplace Experience locally, you will design and deliver exceptional workplace programs, oversee office operations, lead onsite vendor partners, and serve as a trusted partner to business leaders. You will position the New York City office as a model workplace that delivers a best in class experience for employees, clients, and prospective clients. You won’t just manage an office—you’ll help shape the culture and how people experience work at Intapp.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in workplace experience, facilities, office operations-ideally in a professional services environment (i.e., legal, accounting, consulting, investment banking, private capital, or real assets organizations).
  • Proven leadership in team development, change management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong vendor management and budgeting experience.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
  • Basic understanding of space planning and furniture procurement.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance big picture- vision and operational execution.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Passion for hospitality, innovation, and designing human-centered- workplace experiences.
  • Proficient in: Asana, Envoy, FreshService, Microsoft Teams, Office, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver a best-in-class workplace experience across food & beverage, guest services, wellness, sustainability, and hybrid offerings.
  • Curate engaging in office- moments that foster connection, collaboration, and culture.
  • Partner closely with members of Intapp’s global Workplace Experience team to align local execution with global strategy, standards, and priorities.
  • Lead cultural, community, and business events including all-hands, milestone celebrations, client events, and team offsites.
  • Influence workplace experience beyond the NYC office by sharing best practices, insights, and lessons learned across Intapp’s global workplace portfolio.
  • Oversee day-to-day NYC office operations including reception, mail/shipping, supplies, facilities coordination, and vendor performance.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor partnerships, leading contracts, renewals and cost optimization efforts.
  • Manage workplace budgets, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Partner with Intapp teams to ensure physical security, emergency preparedness, and business continuity readiness.
  • Partner with leadership to evolve the NYC workplace strategy.
  • Lead space utilization, occupancy planning, and feedback initiatives to drive higher office utilization, engagement, and effectiveness.
  • Support real estate and capital projects, ensuring designs align with business use cases, brand identity, and employee needs.
  • Monitor workplace success metrics including attendance, utilization, feedback, service performance, and program ROI.
  • Leverage insights from surveys, interviews, and data to continuously improve employee experience.
  • Maintain and enhance internal workplace communications and resources (e.g., SharePoint content, onboarding experience).
