About The Position

Amazon One Medical is seeking an exceptional Senior Workforce Planning Analyst to transform complex data into actionable business insights that optimize care delivery capacity. This role is crucial in supporting our nationwide network of offices and virtual care teams through sophisticated analysis and scalable solutions. The Senior Workforce Planning Analyst will develop data visualizations and build automation solutions that drive business decision making and process improvement, utilizing advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. This role involves establishing scalable, efficient, automated processes for large-scale data analyses, statistical and predictive model development, validation, and implementation, while maintaining front-end code. The role requires a quick learner with an ability to gain proficiency in coding, and offers high-level visibility due to the toolsets being maintained and built, and the network impact of the analysis conducted. This position will shape the future of primary care delivery at Amazon One Medical.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) experience
  • 5+ years of writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using Tableau, Power BI experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
  • Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
  • Ability to be a quick learner and gain proficiency in coding
