Requirements

4+ years of experience in workforce analytics, business analytics, reporting, dashboard development, data quality, or related analytical disciplines.
Experience designing and developing reports, dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics that support operational and business decision-making.
Strong Power BI, Excel, and data analysis skills, including the ability to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Experience translating business requirements into reporting solutions, data visualizations, and actionable insights.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain workforce reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions that provide insight into operational performance and transformation outcomes.
Perform data validation, quality reviews, and analysis across workforce systems to improve reporting accuracy and data confidence.
Analyze workforce trends, forecasting performance, staffing alignment, workload distribution, and process effectiveness.
Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into meaningful reports, visualizations, scorecards, and analytics solutions.
Measure adoption, efficiency gains, operational improvements, and transformation outcomes through data-driven performance tracking.
Conduct account assessments and diagnostic reviews to identify opportunities related to governance, process adherence, reporting quality, and workforce performance.
