Operating as the Senior HRIS Analyst, this position oversees the maintenance, setup, and routine management of Workday, North's people technology platform. Concentrating specifically on the Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, and Core HCM modules, the Senior Analyst works in partnership with the People Operations (HR) team to maximize system performance and ensure business processes are effectively integrated with technological tools. You will contribute to the broader People Operations Team within a collaborative setting, engaging with internal partners to uphold precise and compliant record keeping. Your role is central to our goal of refining system interactions and increasing operational productivity.
