Team and Mission You will lead a skilled development team inside a 50-person company where your impact is immediate and visible. Reporting to the Director of Technology, you will set technical direction, establish standards, mentor engineers, and remain hands-on with production code. The platforms you build and lead touch hundreds of thousands of students and employees every year. The Role As Senior Web Engineer / Team Lead, you are the senior technical force inside Advantage's development group. You lead by doing. You write and review production code, architect scalable solutions, define development standards, and mentor developers to grow in their craft. You are the bridge between technical execution and product direction — translating complex requirements into well-engineered, maintainable systems.
