About The Position

The Senior Web Developer is responsible for managing the design, deployment, development, and maintenance of web environments, including websites and web applications. This role involves overseeing web-level and NET-based development tasks, ensuring high-quality deliverables through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes. The Senior Web Developer/Team Lead must demonstrate the ability to work independently and lead development efforts in a fast-paced environment. This position requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with at least 8-10 years of relevant experience in web development.
• Advanced certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, AWS Certified Developer, or equivalent.
• Expertise in .NET, ASP.NET, and other modern frameworks.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C#, and SQL.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, AJAX, JSON, and XML.
• Experience with automated testing tools and methodologies.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain the necessary security clearance.
