Senior Web Developer

Accenture•Tampa, FL
•$59,100 - $205,800

About The Position

Accenture Song’s Design & Digital Products team designs and builds software to improve how people work, interact, and live. Its multidisciplinary teams combine product strategy, engineering, design, quality engineering, data, AI, and delivery expertise to develop scalable, accessible, and high-performing digital products across web, mobile, and connected experiences. The Senior Web Developer is a hands-on web engineer who builds modern digital products and solves complex technical problems. The role owns features from idea through production and collaborates with product, design, engineering, and client teams to turn business and user needs into quality software. It requires a strong foundation in modern front-end engineering, particularly React and TypeScript, as well as an understanding of APIs, backend services, cloud platforms, and delivery pipelines. The developer considers maintainability, accessibility, performance, security, testing, and user experience, and applies AI-assisted tools with engineering judgment, review, security, and quality standards. The work includes building and enhancing responsive web applications and backend services, contributing to design systems and CI/CD, and owning features across the software development lifecycle. The developer participates in technical discovery, estimation, architecture discussions, reviews, deployment, and production support; works directly with clients and cross-functional teams; communicates technical approaches and progress; and supports junior engineers through mentoring and knowledge sharing. Travel may be required based on client or project needs. Accenture lists annual salary ranges by location: California $70,350–$205,800; Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, and Minnesota $63,800–$177,800; District of Columbia $68,000–$189,300; Illinois $59,100–$177,800; Maine $54,400–$151,400; Massachusetts $63,800–$189,300; New York $66,300–$205,800; New Jersey $68,000–$205,800; Ohio $59,100–$164,600; Virginia $59,100–$189,300; and Washington $80,200–$189,300. The posting is anticipated to remain open until 12/15/2026.
