Senior Web Developer

Belmark•De Pere, WI

About The Position

Designs, develops, tests, deploys, and supports modern web applications, integrations, and related business systems. Works closely with business stakeholders and analysts to understand operational problems, clarify requirements, and identify practical technical solutions. The role uses React, Node.js, Express, SQL databases, REST APIs, Git, and related tools, and requires sound technical judgment to validate solutions for correctness, maintainability, performance, security, business fit, and operational risk. The position may also support select legacy C# applications while contributing to modernization efforts and a gradual transition toward a modern web stack. The developer balances strategic project work with support requests and urgent production issues in a reactive manufacturing environment, collaborates with developers through design discussions, code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation, and protects confidential information. The role includes following safety procedures and Safe Quality Foods requirements. Regular attendance is essential, and some overtime may be required. The work is primarily in a normal office environment, with potential for hybrid remote work two to three days per week. The position also involves a normal manufacturing environment, with possible exposure to vibration, noise, and chemical odors. Occasional manufacturing-floor visits may be required for system integration or troubleshooting. Non-sales postings are limited to residents of Wisconsin and Arizona.
