This role involves executing complex transactions and overrides accurately and on time, adhering to established guidelines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The Senior Wealth Operations Officer will monitor daily workflow, provide operational support to officers, and act as the first point of escalation for partners. Key responsibilities include identifying, documenting, and investigating process exceptions, referring or escalating issues as needed, and identifying opportunities for service delivery improvement. The role also involves interacting with partners, responding to requests effectively, and assisting Team Managers with daily operations and workflow efficiency. Additionally, the position requires analyzing service and productivity levels, implementing process improvements, and contributing to the analysis, development, testing, and implementation of operating technology and process improvements. The role holder will conduct research, contribute to audit reviews, run testing, generate reports, and maintain an understanding of internal and industry product/regulations and trends. They will also protect the organization's interests by managing risks and ensuring prompt resolution of escalated issues, adhering to enterprise frameworks, and supporting change management projects.
