Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager
About The Position
We are seeking a professional engineer with 8+ years of experience in managing municipal infrastructure projects with technical experience in water, wastewater, stormwater, and related experience in public works planning, design, and construction management. This opportunity is also available for those who live close to any of our office locations. The Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager will work closely with other engineers, technical specialists, and clients to successfully deliver innovative solutions for our client’s challenges. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Eight or more years of relevant professional experience
- Current Professional Engineer licensure in Utah, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, and/or Idaho or ability to obtain licensure within six months of hire
- Excellent project management skills
- Superb attention to detail
- Proficient with applicable software such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, BlueBeam, ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and other modeling software
Responsibilities
- Manage municipal infrastructure projects
- Provide technical experience in water, wastewater, stormwater, and related experience in public works planning, design, and construction management
- Work closely with other engineers, technical specialists, and clients to successfully deliver innovative solutions
- Support contract negotiation and execution
- Develop project fees and estimates
- Manage aggressive project schedules
- Prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
- Work as part of a team or independently
- Work successfully with experts in multiple disciplines with a range of approaches
- Perform other duties as assigned
