About The Position

Arcadis is seeking a Design Manager to join our Water Business Line in Phoenix, Arizona. This position will help lead the regional planning, design, and delivery of municipal water and wastewater projects throughout the Southwest. We are looking for an experienced water/wastewater leader who enjoys mentoring people, leading teams, and delivering meaningful infrastructure projects. This individual will help lead the delivery of municipal water and wastewater projects throughout the southwest with a focus on Arizona, California, and Texas.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Professional Engineer license in Arizona.
A California or Texas Professional Engineer license, or the ability to obtain California or Texas licensure, is desirable.
Minimum 15 years of experience in municipal water and wastewater engineering, including leadership and management of multidisciplinary projects through planning, design, and construction.

Responsibilities

Serve as a technical and project delivery leader for municipal water and wastewater projects throughout the Southwest, providing team leadership, technical oversight, and multidisciplinary coordination from project initiation through construction.
Lead integrated, multidisciplinary project teams using staff from Phoenix and other Arcadis offices while supporting mentoring, resource coordination, and business development.
