About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Warehouse Manager & Logistics Manager to lead our warehouse operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This individual will oversee warehousing, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and transportation while driving operational excellence, improving efficiency, and ensuring inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in warehouse operations, process improvement, inventory management, and team development.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience managing warehouse operations within a food manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehousing, shipping, and receiving.
Experience developing SOPs and GMP documentation.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; warehouse management systems experience is a plus.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Lead all warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations.
Develop and execute strategies for inbound and outbound material flow.
Improve inventory accuracy through effective inventory control processes.
Develop, implement, and maintain warehouse SOPs and GMPs.
Oversee logistics, transportation, and warehouse operations across company facilities.
Partner with Operations, Production, and other departments to meet customer and production demands.
Monitor warehouse KPIs and identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and warehouse standards.
Manage lot tracking, traceability, and allergen control processes.
Build, coach, and develop a high-performing warehouse team while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
