About The Position

Wesco is hiring an experienced warehouse worker as a Senior Warehouse Associate at its distribution facility. In this Operations role, the associate performs assigned warehouse tasks, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and housekeeping in assigned areas. The position may also involve counter sales, cycle counting, and related quality assurance activities. The role includes verifying purchased products and entering receipts into the system, organizing orders and materials, preparing shipments, assisting with truck loading, assembling and disassembling warehouse fixtures, and performing special customer quality assurance inspections.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Basic problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• Two years of warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify purchased products and enter order receipts into the system.
• Separate orders and place materials in proper locations.
• Pull, pack, weigh, and label materials for shipment.
• Assist in loading trucks.
• Assemble and disassemble bins, racks, shelves, and tables.
• Perform special customer quality assurance inspections.
• Perform assigned warehouse tasks, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and housekeeping of assigned areas.
• May perform counter sales, cycle counting, and related quality assurance activities.
