About The Position
Senior Voice Engineer to support critical national defense infrastructure at Scott Air Force Base or Joint Base Andrews.
Requirements
- 5+ years as a Cisco Voice Engineer
- CUCM | Cisco Unity | UCCX Scripting | VoIP | Routing & Switching
- CCNP Collaboration + IAT II certification (required)
- Active Top Secret clearance | U.S. Citizenship required
- BA/BS degree
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation & support of Cisco Unified Communications systems
- Provide 2nd & 3rd level technical support across classified and unclassified environments
- Manage VoIP/UC system upgrades, monitoring, and documentation
- Deliver real-time troubleshooting and trend analysis on mission-essential networks
