About The Position
onsemi is looking for a highly skilled and driven Senior Visual Designer to join our global Brand and Marketing organization, where design is not just support but a core driver of how our story, solutions and innovations come to life. We’re building a team of true creatives, people energized by bold ideas, visual storytelling and the challenge of pushing beyond the expected. Designers who don’t just execute but elevate, bringing fresh thinking, strong instincts and visually striking solutions to every project, whether it’s a global campaign, immersive event or digital experience. This is a hands-on creative role for someone who wants to stay close to the work, owning ideas from concept through execution while influencing the direction and impact of what we create. You’ll take on complex, high-visibility projects, transforming strategic inputs into compelling, scalable design that resonates across a global audience. You’ll be part of a tight-knit, high-performing creative team, collaborating across North America, EMEA and APAC to shape a cohesive, modern and unmistakable onsemi brand experience. Along the way, you’ll help raise the bar, bringing forward ideas, craft and creative perspective that challenge convention and move the work forward.
