About The Position

We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and guest-obsessed Senior VIP Host to help lead exceptional experiences for our most valued guests. As a Senior VIP Host, you will be a trusted member of the VIP team, helping ensure every VIP visit is personalized, seamless, and filled with the creativity, fun, and world-class service that make LEGOLAND Florida Resort special. From welcoming guests before arrival to creating magical in-park moments, you will help turn a great day into an unforgettable one.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • A strong passion for guest service and creating exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to lead by example, support fellow Model Citizens, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable managing guest inquiries, reservations, bookings, and follow-up communication.
  • Basic computer, data entry, and math skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak operating periods.
  • Ability to walk the park and stand for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a guest-facing hospitality, tourism, entertainment, hotel, commercial, or theme park environment.
  • Experience supporting VIP guests, premium experiences, concierge services, tours, events, or reservations.
  • Experience mentoring, training, or leading frontline team members.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, high-quality service to VIP guests throughout their Resort visit.
  • Prepare for and host a variety of VIP experiences, including VIP tours, hotel packages, birthday celebrations, special events, and other premium Resort offerings.
  • Serve as a VIP concierge and key point of contact for guests before arrival and during their visit.
  • Respond to VIP guest inquiries by email, phone, and in person with professionalism, warmth, and timely follow-through.
  • Listen closely to each guest’s needs and personalize experiences to exceed expectations.
  • Support VIP sales by helping convert guest inquiries into memorable premium experiences.
  • Manage and track VIP bookings, reservations, guest details, and post-visit surveys.
  • Help ensure smooth, efficient VIP operations across the Resort.
  • Lead daily shift meetings to communicate priorities, assignments, and important updates.
  • Monitor break assignments and team coverage to support a seamless guest experience throughout the day.
  • Partner with leadership to ensure opening and closing responsibilities are completed according to established procedures.
  • Follow all VIP standards, procedures, and Resort safety expectations.
  • Lead by example as a positive, professional, and dependable Model Citizen.
  • Serve as a trainer and mentor for VIP Hosts, helping build confidence, consistency, and exceptional service skills.
  • Collaborate with teams across the Resort to create seamless, memorable experiences for VIP guests.
  • Bring creativity, enthusiasm, and a guest-first mindset to every interaction.
