  • Experience running live streams with production software such as OBS, StreamYard, vMix, or Wirecast.
  • Expert editing skills in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, with a solid grasp of color grading, audio post-production, and motion graphics.
  • Curiosity about AI video tools; hands-on experience is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently, manage several projects at once, and make technical decisions on the fly.
  • Clear communication with creative, marketing, and technical partners.

Nice To Haves

  • Lighting design for studio and on-location shoots.
  • Teleprompter, green screen, or virtual set experience.
  • Motion graphics experience in After Effects or DaVinci Fusion.

  • Experience with Vidyard for hosting, sharing, and tracking video.
  • Direct experience with the listed platforms; fluency with comparable tools is also valued.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day operation and upkeep of the in-house studio and its camera, audio, and lighting equipment.
  • Set up, calibrate, and strike equipment for interviews, podcasts, presentations, scripted video, and live events.
  • Maintain studio inventory and maintenance schedules, and coordinate equipment repairs and replacements.
  • Establish technical standards for studio use and help the team follow them.
  • Operate professional cameras and multi-camera setups to produce broadcast-quality results.
  • Build and optimize audio signal chains for studio and live production, and troubleshoot issues before, during, and after shoots.
  • Plan and run live streams for internal and external audiences on YouTube, LinkedIn, Zoom, and other platforms.
  • Manage encoding, switching, graphics, and real-time monitoring during broadcasts, resolving issues as they arise.
  • Create repeatable runbooks for recurring live events.
  • Edit long-form video, social clips, highlight reels, and event recaps with effective pacing and storytelling.
  • Perform color correction, audio mixing, motion graphics, and titling to a professional standard.
  • Organize projects, file names, and archives in shared storage.
  • Work with the creative team through review and approval to meet delivery dates.
  • Test and adopt AI tools across production and post-production, including tools for transcription and captions, clip selection, voice enhancement, background removal, and generative B-roll.
