115 Ventures LLC•Sheridan, WY
•$3,000 - $5,500•Remote

About The Position

115 Ventures is seeking an experienced Senior Video Editor to create performance-driven advertising for its DTC and e-commerce consumer brands, TrySpartan and FurLife. The editor will turn concepts, scripts, raw footage, and customer insights into polished paid-social ads, working closely with Creative Strategists. The role requires a performance-focused approach to hooks, pacing, storytelling, and visual choices, rather than an emphasis on aesthetics alone. The position involves editing short-form and longer-form ads, including VSLs, and producing variations for creative testing. The editor is expected to deliver at least seven high-quality ads per week, apply feedback and performance learnings, review work before submission, and keep project files and deliverables organized. Success is measured by output, timeliness, revision rate, delivery speed, quality, feedback application, creative performance, communication, reliability, and file organization. The role is full-time and remote, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 09:00 to 17:00 (GMT+4). Compensation is listed as 3,000–5,500 per month plus performance bonuses. The engagement is under an independent contractor agreement. The company offers reimbursement for approved tools, access to an internally hosted AI video-generation tool, collaboration with a creative team of more than 30 people, and potential progression into Lead Video Editor, Team Lead, or Creative Production Lead roles.
