Senior Creative Strategist (DTC / eCommerce)

115 Ventures LLC•Sheridan, WY
•$7,000 - $10,000•Remote

About The Position

115 Ventures is seeking a commercially minded Senior Creative Strategist to develop paid-social advertising for its e-commerce brands, TrySpartan and FurLife. The strategist owns the full creative strategy cycle: customer and market research, concept development, briefing, production feedback, performance analysis, and iteration. This is a performance-focused role that requires understanding why ads succeed or fail and using those findings to improve creative, rather than simply writing scripts. The role works closely with media buyers, editors, designers, creators, and marketing leadership, and carries ownership of creative performance for assigned brands or campaigns. Success is measured through winning-ad hit rate, share of ad spend allocated to the strategist’s creative, concept and brief approvals, concept-to-launch rate, on-time delivery, iteration speed, documented learnings, and collaboration with production and media-buying teams. The position is full-time and remote, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 09:00–17:00 GMT+4. Compensation is 7,000–10,000 base compensation plus uncapped performance compensation equivalent to 1–2% of ad spend. Employment is under an independent contractor agreement. The company offers an established production team, dedicated graphic designers and project-management support, access to approved research, creative and AI tools, significant ownership and autonomy, and potential progression to Lead Creative Strategist, Head of Creative Strategy, or Creative Director.
