The Senior Vice President, Total Rewards is a key member of the People Leadership Team, reporting to the Head of People, Places, & Culture (CAO). This individual will play an important role in driving the effectiveness of the entire People & Culture function by guiding the overall strategy and execution of the Total Rewards functions. The successful candidate will use a proactive and innovative approach to ensure that our rewards are competitive, drive business results, are aligned with our culture, and are understood and valued by our people managers and employees. Additionally, they will provide thoughtful data insights to inform overall People strategy. Must be both a strategic leader and hands-on contributor who can balance long-term big thinking with practical, scalable, day-to-day execution. Must be passionate about developing their team of high-achieving individuals.
