We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Production Services Application Support to join our Production Services team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree is beneficial.
- 10-12 years of diverse experience in multiple areas of information technology required.
- Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
- Experience handling complex incident, problem management, and troubleshooting.
- May mentor or provide guidance to junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Maintains and supports highly complex applications and their operating environments.
- Performs complex troubleshooting as a subject matter expert for a portfolio of applications.
- Ensures appropriate monitoring and alerting setup and leads root cause analysis and problem management for complex problems spanning multiple applications to address underlying technical issues.
- Leads production readiness reviews and PTO controls for new releases and projects, analyzes system requirements, and reviews plans for major projects and initiatives to ensure they meet system needs.
- Collaborates with development, quality assurance, operations, support, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to manage application capacity, monitoring, instrumentation, and major changes.
- Designs, implements, and maintains automation toolsets for configuration management, infrastructure, and application deployment processes.
