About The Position

The Senior Vice President, Product is the executive responsible for transforming Doxim's enterprise product strategy, portfolio, and product organization in anticipation of significant regulatory shifts and evolving consumer habits. Reporting directly to the CEO, this leader guides Product Directors and Product Managers and partners with Executive Leadership to translate market change into focused investment, disciplined execution, stronger business performance, sustained customer value, and long-term growth. This role can be performed remotely from the United States or Canada.

  • Build productive relationships, manage conflict, and influence effectively across functions and levels.
  • Make clear, company-first enterprise tradeoffs while balancing a 6- to 18-month operating outlook with multi-year product direction.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience; advanced degree preferred.
  • Working knowledge of HR practices and labor-law requirements applicable to leading a multi-jurisdictional organization.
  • Advanced proficiency with executive reporting, product planning, portfolio management, analytics, customer research, and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of software delivery, agile and product operating models, product lifecycle and go-to-market execution, and enterprise systems supporting financial, workforce, and performance reporting.
  • 15-18 years in product management, technology, customer communications, or a related domain, or equivalent relevant Doxim experience.
  • 10-12 years managing people, including senior leaders and multi-functional teams, with demonstrated mastery leading multiple products or disciplines in customer communications, B2B SaaS, or a similarly complex technology organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing product organization, build succession plans and a culture of customer focus, accountability, evidence-based decisions, and continuous learning.
  • Partner with the CEO and Executive Leadership to define and communicate the enterprise product vision, strategy, multi-year roadmap, and execution plans.
  • Plan, coordinate, and direct product management activities to support company financial objectives, including Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), one-time or service revenue, personnel costs, operating expenses, and EBITDA.
  • Own portfolio priorities and product investment tradeoffs, using customer, market, financial, operational, and product data to balance growth, retention, customer value, risk, technical sustainability, and delivery capacity.
  • Set and achieve product goals and KPIs and hold leaders accountable for financial, operational, customer, product, and team performance.
  • Establish a consistent product operating model, policies, standards, tools, and processes across discovery, prioritization, roadmap planning, lifecycle management, launch readiness, and performance review; lead related improvements and change management.
  • Partner with R&D, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Finance, and other functions to align priorities, capacity, dependencies, and go-to-market execution.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers and market analysts, resolve product-related business issues, and ensure market and customer insights inform priorities.
  • Drive growth and commercialization strategies that improve adoption, retention, market position, and business results.
  • Communicate product decisions, results, progress, and risks clearly to the Board, Executive Leadership, product teams, customers, and other stakeholders.
