About The Position

Pax8 is hiring a Senior Vice President of Technical Services in the United States to unify enterprise technology services, lead a cohesive artificial intelligence roadmap, and raise the bar on partner and internal service delivery at scale. Requirements

  • Substantial leadership experience across enterprise technology services, with proven ownership of broad operational scope and transformation delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience personally owning an enterprise artificial intelligence programme end-to-end — including adoption, governance, vendor decisions, and measurable outcomes.
  • Proven success improving support operations through artificial intelligence, especially where ticket or call deflection and service quality were visible priorities.
  • Strong judgement when balancing different technical viewpoints and turning them into one practical roadmap that teams can align behind.
  • Credibility across service management, technology operations, architecture, and engineering-adjacent delivery — including meaningful experience with ServiceNow improvement or remediation.
  • Considerable experience building or scaling global support capability, with an operator-first style and a bias for execution over ceremony.
  • A collaborative leadership approach that reflects Pax8 behaviours including compassionate candour, seeking to understand, doing what you say, lighting up learning, and putting the team before self.
  • Must hold valid right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and own one joined-up artificial intelligence technology roadmap across engineering, partner support, and corporate applications — bringing competing ideas together into a single, prioritised plan.
  • Lead the full Tech Services estate across IT operations and service delivery, engineering, product management, and corporate architecture — with a clear focus on dependable execution and stronger service levels.
  • Design an artificial intelligence-augmented support model that improves partner experience, increases intelligent deflection, and helps support teams work faster and smarter.
  • Stabilise and mature the ServiceNow environment so it becomes an enabler of delivery rather than a watch-list issue.
  • Build real visibility around the Tech Services portfolio, create a practical architecture review rhythm, and strengthen how cross-functional integration decisions get made.
  • Develop and lead a senior leadership team that sets a high standard for clarity, accountability, consistency, and execution across a global organisation.
