Delivering world class customer facing mobile and web experiences are critical to our plans and we are looking for a senior engineering leader equally passionate about them. We are not looking for a traditional engineering leader. We are hiring a transformational operator who will materially out-execute our current capabilities and redefine how engineering drives business outcomes at Finance of America. This leader will partner with the SVP of Product Management to co-own our customer-facing web ecosystem (website, prequalification funnel, borrower portal) and is accountable for step-function improvements in conversion, speed-to-fund, and customer experience. They will operate with urgency, build an AI-native organization, and raise the performance bar across the entire team. This role requires someone who can both deliver immediate impact and architect the future—leveraging AI not as a feature, but as a foundational advantage across engineering, product, and operations.
