For more information, visit www.recurohealth.com Summary: We are hiring for a results-driven SVP of Sales to expand our footprint across the health plan and payer landscape. This is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on driving new partnerships, increasing covered lives, and accelerating adoption of our virtual-first care platform. If you have a deep network in the payer ecosystem and a track record of closing complex, multi-million-dollar healthcare deals—this is a rare opportunity to shape growth at a rapidly scaling digital health company. Requirements

  • 10 to15 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth within the healthcare or insurance payor industry.
  • Demonstrated success selling into TPAs, regional health plans, AHPs, MEWAs, provider-sponsored health plans, and other strategic verticals.
  • Personally responsible for closing $5M+ annual revenue deals and managing long, complex sales cycles (6–18 months)
  • Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline quickly and close strategic partnerships within the first 6 months
  • Established, active network of executive relationships across TPAs, health plans, and benefits consultants that can be leveraged immediately
  • Experience selling virtual care, care navigation, cost-containment, or value-based solutions—not commoditized point solutions
  • Proven ability to displace incumbent vendors and win competitive, strategic accounts
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience structuring PEPM, shared savings, and multi-year agreements while maintaining margin integrity.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, clinical, actuarial, and finance teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Experience in developing, executing, and optimizing strategic sales and business development plans that align with organizational goals and drive results.
  • Strong interpersonal savvy with demonstrated success in navigating complex stakeholder dynamics and fostering positive client and team relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Deep Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the healthcare and insurance payor industry, including telehealth or virtual care services, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends.
  • Network Strength: Established network of contacts within the insurance payor space, with the ability to leverage industry connections to open doors and drive partnerships.
  • Successful applicants must be eligible to work in the US (visa sponsorship is not provided at this time) and must be able to pass a pre-employment background test.

Responsibilities

  • Establishing Recuro as the most viable option and solution to targeted clients
  • Meet and exceed customer acquisition targets and expand solution offering across existing Recuro client base
  • Develop sets of best practices that can be leveraged across the sales team to expand market share and profitable revenue.
  • Own and drive new business across health plans, TPAs, AHPs, MEWAs, and provider-sponsored plans
  • Identify, develop, and close large-scale, enterprise partnerships
  • Build and execute strategic, customer-facing sales plans
  • Expand Recuro’s market presence and covered lives within key accounts
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (6–18 months)
  • Position Recuro as a differentiated solution focused on access, outcomes, and cost reduction
