This is a senior, highly strategic role for a seasoned recruiting leader who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment and understands the nuances of investment banking talent. This individual will manage the lateral recruiting team and partner closely with senior business leaders across all of our businesses and corporate functions to continue to build and execute a best-in-class lateral hiring strategy.
