About The Position

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Independently manage a significant amount of assets within investment policy guidelines, including medium to large and complex accounts/funds. Implement investment strategies aligned with client financial goals and risk tolerance, adhering to investment policies, philosophies, procedures, and applicable regulations. Collaborate with research, strategy, and portfolio team members to optimize investment decisions. Meet with clients and new business prospects to communicate investment strategies, discuss market performance, and review current market conditions. Serve on the investment committee, contributing to the development and refinement of policies and strategies to enhance business performance. Evaluate investment performance regularly and make timely portfolio adjustments to meet investment objectives and allocation guidelines. Gather stakeholder input and leverage data to support business tracking of key performance indicators and informed decision-making. Build and maintain processes that enable executive leadership to make informed decisions impacting the portfolio. Provide guidance to less experienced Portfolio Managers and may manage a small junior team. Contribute to team and firm profitability by supporting client retention and expansion through superior investment performance and client service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 7-10 years of total work experience preferred
  • 7 or more years of investment experience preferred for candidates holding MBAs or CFAs.
  • Applicable local or regional licenses and certifications as required by the business.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
