About The Position

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Independently manage a significant amount of assets within investment policy guidelines, focusing on medium to large and complex accounts/funds. Implement investment strategies aligned with client financial goals, risk tolerance, and applicable regulations, collaborating closely with research, strategy, and portfolio team members. Meet with clients and new business prospects to communicate investment strategies, discuss market performance, and review current market conditions. Serve on the investment committee, contributing to the development and sharing of policies and strategies that enhance business and portfolio performance. Evaluate investment performance regularly and make timely portfolio adjustments to meet investment objectives and allocation guidelines. Gather stakeholder input and leverage data to support business decisions and track key performance indicators. Build and refine processes that enable executive leadership to make informed decisions impacting the portfolio. Provide guidance to less experienced Portfolio Managers and may manage a small junior team. Contribute to team and firm profitability by supporting client retention and expansion through superior investment performance and client service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 7-10 years of total work experience preferred
  • 7 or more years of investment experience preferred for candidates holding MBAs or CFAs
  • Applicable local or regional licenses and certifications as required by the business
