Senior Vice President, Fund/Client Accounting Manager

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of SVP Fund/Client Accounting Manager to join our Fund Accounting team. This role location is Lake Mary, FL.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7-10 years of total work experience with at least 3-5 years in management preferred
- Experience in fund accounting and client relationship management
- Proven people leadership skills with ability to recruit, develop, and motivate teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Capable of challenging the status quo and driving team improvements
Nice To Haves
- Big 4 accounting firm experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee the accurate and timely delivery of daily NAV calculations in a fast paced and rapidly evolving environment
- Act as the primary point of contact with Client for discussions on KPI’s, new product launches, regulatory changes, escalations and overall governance of service delivery
- Monitor KPI’s and ensure that all ongoing client and internal deliverables are completed in accordance with the firm's policies and procedures
- Drive team initiatives to support change and improvements in alignment with the firm's strategy
- Manage performance within the team and conduct performance reviews for direct reports
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders on projects focused on process improvement, regulatory changes, and more
- Effectively convey critical updates to Senior Management and streamline the dissemination of information from leadership to the team
