About The Position

We’re seeking a future team member for the role Senior Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer to join our applications & payments processing team. In this role, you’ll make an impact by architecting and delivering high-throughput sanctions screening platforms with sub-second SLAs at enterprise scale. You will own end-to-end delivery from requirements through architecture, development, testing, CI/CD, deployment, observability, and production support. You will build full-stack applications using Java/Spring Boot for the backend, Angular/TypeScript for the frontend, and Python for data pipelines and ML integration. You will engineer for resilience and availability, aiming for 99.99%+ uptime, active-active failover, circuit breakers, chaos engineering, and disaster recovery. You will establish data contracts including schema versioning, contract testing, and compatibility guarantees across screening engines and downstream consumers. You will drive data lineage and data mesh, ensuring end-to-end traceability for audit and regulatory reporting, and promoting domain-oriented data ownership. You will lead AI transformation by integrating AI/ML into screening workflows, building agentic AI systems, and driving adoption of specific AI tools across the team. You will champion engineering excellence through code reviews, static analysis, test coverage, and rapid deployment practices like trunk-based development, feature flags, and blue-green releases.
