Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in STEM degrees, or equivalent work experience with experience preferred in related fields
- 7+ years of experience in a related field
- a minimum of 2-4 years’ experience managing staff and contributing to hiring needs
- Experience in analytics, finance, or sales enablement
Nice To Haves
- advanced degree preferred
- experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
- Consulting experience plus
- People Leadership experience a plus
