Join our HR Data & Analytics team to build an enterprise entitlements product that enables secure, low-friction access to workforce data. You will partner with architecture, engineering, controls, legal, and business stakeholders to deliver governed access at scale. Your expertise in access control models, policy authoring, and entitlement technologies will help the platform scale securely while managing risk and compliance exposure. As a Data Entitlements Manager – Vice President in the HR Data & Analytics team, you will own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise data entitlements supporting strategic workforce analytics dashboards. You will define and operationalize access policies and classify data aligned with information security classification standards. You will partner with architecture, engineering, controls, legal, and business stakeholders to enable governed, low-friction access to data across the organization. Your expertise in role-based access control, attribute-based access control, policy authoring, and entitlement technologies will help ensure the platform scales securely while effectively managing risk, regulatory, and compliance exposure.
