Senior Vice President, Commercial Planning & Execution

BNY Mellon•New York, NY
•$136,500 - $350,000

About The Position

This is a net-new role intended to build and lead a centralized onboarding and transition capability across BNY’s Wealth platform. The role supports organic and inorganic growth by providing a seamless, high-touch onboarding experience for newly recruited advisors, their support teams, and their high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. It coordinates end-to-end execution across business, operations, technology, compliance, risk, legal, product, and client service partners. The position establishes centralized accountability, governance, and execution discipline to replace fragmented transition ownership. AI and automation may support workflow management, reporting, and process efficiency, but the role requires an experienced leader to manage complex transitions, influence stakeholders, mitigate risk, and protect advisor and client experience. Its work has control, regulatory, and revenue significance: effective execution can support advisor and client retention, successful book conversion, and recruiting outcomes while reducing transition failures and reputational harm. The role is intended to establish a capability needed to support growth, scale, and a future-state Wealth operating model.
