About The Position

Join a fast-growing healthcare technology company and lead executive relationships with the nation’s top health insurance plans. Our client serves enterprise healthcare insurance plans and needs a senior executive to elevate client strategy, executive alignment, and account management standards across the organization. You'll inherit a function that needs stronger strategic leadership, better executive engagement, and more scalable client operating models. Your work will transform client relationships from reactive and tactical to consultative and strategic. You'll build the operating model, communication standards, and executive engagement framework that support long-term client retention and growth. This is a builder role with executive visibility and significant influence from day one.

Requirements

  • VP, SVP, EVP, or Head-level client strategy leadership
  • Enterprise account management or client services experience
  • Built scalable QBR, EBR, or governance frameworks
  • Proven executive stakeholder management experience
  • Created client case studies tied to business outcomes
  • Authorized to work in the United States
