Senior Vice President, Chief of Staff (BNY Wealth)
About The Position
In this role you will make an impact in the following ways: Amplify Global Head of Wealth’s leadership capacity by translating vision into disciplined execution, ensuring the right priorities receive time, talent, and capital. Centralize cross-functional coordination across Wealth to remove friction and accelerate high-quality decision-making. Enable the Global Head of Wealth to focus on strategy, clients, and talent without sacrificing execution rigor. Own the executive operating cadence (staff meetings, business reviews, board/executive materials). Oversee cross‑functional initiatives and transformation programs; ensure milestones, outcomes, and ROI are achieved. Develop compelling executive narratives, briefings, and updates for internal and external stakeholders. Act as a focal point for senior leader engagement across BNY platforms, practices, and hubs. Manage confidential and sensitive topics with discretion and executive presence.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
