About The Position

We're looking for an experienced Senior Veterinarian to lead a modern veterinary hospital in the Boston area. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinical leader who wants to grow into a Director of Operations role as the organization expands. You'll work alongside a team of veterinarians and support staff, delivering exceptional care to primarily dogs and cats while helping to build and mentor a high-performing veterinary team.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of experience in a veterinary hospital.
• Eligible for a Massachusetts Veterinary License.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat medical conditions in companion animals.
• Perform surgeries, dental procedures, and preventative care.
• Collaborate with veterinary colleagues and hospital leadership.
• Mentor and support the veterinary team.
• Deliver outstanding patient care and client service.
• Participate in ongoing professional development.
