Requirements

5+ years of experience in Calibration, Validation or GLP/GMP procedures
Experience with MS Office
Experience with Validator/Mapping systems
Experience in electrical and/or electronic troubleshooting procedures
Must be able to work assigned shifts, including occasional nights and weekends

Nice To Haves

bachelor's degree preferred
Refrigeration experience preferred

Responsibilities

Perform on-site validation (Installation, Operational, Performance Qualifications) and calibration execution at customer locations throughout North America
Perform in-house validation (Factory Acceptance Testing) and calibration execution
Assist with developing, writing and revising validation protocols and calibration procedures
Assist in keeping validation equipment organized, functional and compliant
Assist in quoting validation services and documents
Work in conjunction with our technical support department to provide validation and calibration support to our customers
Providing support on customer generated testing protocols
Assist in keeping team members up to date with the latest industry trends and regulatory requirements
Provide telephone technical support to customers as needed on product operation, maintenance and repair of biomedical products
