About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for a Learning HUB / LMS platform. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in user experience design, wireframing, prototyping, user journeys, and usability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in UX/UI Design.
• Strong experience with wireframing, mockups, and prototyping.
• Experience designing web-based applications or LMS platforms.
• Strong understanding of user journeys, navigation, and interaction design.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and development teams.
• Knowledge of usability and accessibility best practices.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or e-learning platforms.
• Experience supporting UI design through development, testing, and implementation.
• Experience with modern UX/UI design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces for Learner and Admin users.
• Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Define user journeys, navigation flows, and interaction patterns.
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand and refine requirements.
• Support UI improvements during development and testing.
• Ensure strong usability, accessibility, and responsive design across the application.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure the final product matches the approved designs.
