The Global UX team at Target is a collaborative group of design, content, research, and accessibility professionals dedicated to enhancing and innovating digital experiences for Target's guests, team members, and partners. This role is crucial for improving Target's digital presence by increasing ease, simplicity, value, and delight across all touchpoints. As a Senior Product Designer on the Inspire and Motivate team, you will be instrumental in shaping Target's evolving digital experience for guests and driving business growth. You will lead the experience strategy and design for Target's guest content tools, influencing how content is created, managed, and delivered throughout Target's digital ecosystem. This role is ideal for a practical visionary who can identify and implement improvements, foster collaboration, and navigate ambiguity with clarity and generosity. You will facilitate cross-functional workshops, build team alignment, and utilize human-centered design thinking to understand guest needs, balance business objectives, and deliver best-in-class designs from concept to execution, while also championing cross-functional experimentation. You will contribute to the advancement of UX practices at Target through influence, impact, and craft, and will educate cross-functional teams as needed.
