About The Position

After 45 years of walking with families out of poverty, Unbound is expanding its reach and needs a Senior UX & Information Architect to manage how people discover, navigate, and act on Unbound online. This role is crucial for ensuring Unbound remains visible and accessible, especially as search evolves with AI. The position focuses on information architecture, user experience, search strategies (SEO and AI-driven), and continuous improvement through measurement. Unbound is an international nonprofit that partners with families living in poverty in Africa, Asia, and Latin America, providing direct support and empowering parents. Their core values include authenticity, transparency, dignity, solidarity, and walking with, not for. This role is vital because Unbound has a high sponsor retention rate (over 91%), but the challenge lies in attracting new sponsors. The Senior UX & Information Architect will be responsible for the structure, language, and search strategy that converts curious visitors into long-term sponsors.
