You’ll be based in our York office or working remotely in the UK, contributing to the design of intuitive, data-rich, and scalable experiences that power enterprise planning across finance, operations, and strategy. As a senior individual contributor, you’ll lead design for high-impact areas of the Anaplan platform, partnering with product, engineering, and research teams to solve complex user challenges. You’ll act as a design lead within your domain, help shape our design standards, and mentor other designers as we continue to grow our UX practice. This role is ideal for an experienced designer who thrives on end-to-end ownership and is ready to take on broader leadership within cross-functional teams, without direct people management responsibilities.
