We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior User Interface Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces that enhance the user experience across our digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and marketing, to deliver high-quality design solutions that meet both user needs and business objectives.

Requirements

Proven experience as a User Interface Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
Strong understanding of CSS for web design implementation.
Experience in interaction design and digital design principles.
Knowledge of information architecture and user acceptance testing processes.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with SharePoint and WordPress platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard design tools.
Collaborate with developers to implement designs while ensuring adherence to best practices in coding and accessibility.
Develop information architecture that organizes content effectively for users.
Participate in Agile development processes, contributing design insights during sprint planning and reviews.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve design practices.
