This role involves translating high-level business requirements into tangible user interface solutions that integrate the latest standards in interaction design and visual design trends. The designer will be responsible for designing intuitive, usable, and engaging Web and Mobile application interactions and interface design, researching technology and interaction design trends, and conceiving, managing, and leading project design from start to finish. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and the broader UX team is essential, as is providing clear justification for design decisions with relevant data and sound judgment. The role also includes developing and maintaining detailed user-interface specifications and contributing to the user experience knowledge repository by updating UI Guidelines and design processes and patterns.

Responsibilities
