The Trust Officer III is primarily responsible for administering a wide variety of complex/high profile and larger/more profitable personal trust, custody and estate, investment agency and IRA accounts. Works closely with Portfolio Managers, Specialty Asset Managers, and external advisors to define clients’ requirements including investment goals and objectives, as well as the legal, tax and specialized accounting aspects of accounts. Provides administration of assigned accounts in accordance with governing instruments, applicable state and federal law, and fiduciary accounting standards consistent with BOKF policy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
  • Professional certification or post-graduate degree
  • 6-8 years of directly related experience in trust
  • 12-14 years equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

  • Administer a wide variety of complex/high profile and larger/more profitable personal trust, custody and estate, investment agency and IRA accounts.
  • Work closely with Portfolio Managers, Specialty Asset Managers, and external advisors to define clients’ requirements including investment goals and objectives, as well as the legal, tax and specialized accounting aspects of accounts.
  • Provide administration of assigned accounts in accordance with governing instruments, applicable state and federal law, and fiduciary accounting standards consistent with BOKF policy.
  • Use knowledge of trust administration to carry out instructions for complex trusts, and respond to internal and external inquiries around trust documents.
  • Ensure accounts are set up appropriately, and distributions are completed accurately, in accordance with policy and procedures.
  • Utilize interpersonal skills to meet business development and retention goals by developing new business through relationships with business partners, existing clients, and centers of influence.
  • Work closely with Portfolio Managers, Specialty Asset Managers, and Internal Auditors.
  • Leverage customer service skills to go above and beyond to provide an exceptional client experience.
