Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Trust Associate to support a team of fiduciary professionals in administering a book of relationships in Special Needs Trust Services. This role involves implementing client estate plans and ensuring client accounts are managed in accordance with sound fiduciary principles and applicable law. The associate will develop and maintain a proficient understanding of basic fiduciary concepts and principles, including trust accounting and elements of a trust. Additionally, the associate will develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of policies and procedures related to payments, account openings and closings, and asset transfers. Identifying fiduciary risk and suggesting solutions is also a key aspect, as is seeking involvement with infrastructure-related projects to improve business operations, client service, and risk management. The role requires independent communication with internal partners regarding client accounts.
