About The Position

Wave Dental Specialists is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Senior Treatment Sales Manager to join our growing team in Dearborn Heights, Michigan. We are a high-volume, multi-specialty dental practice connected to a thriving general dentistry office, providing comprehensive care including oral surgery, periodontics, prosthodontics, endodontics, and implant dentistry. This is an exceptional opportunity for a proven dental sales leader who excels at building patient trust, presenting high-value treatment plans, and consistently driving case acceptance. Requirements

  • Dental industry experience REQUIRED
  • Previous leadership experience in a dental practice REQUIRED
  • Proven success closing high-value dental treatment plans
  • Strong understanding of treatment financing options and patient communication
  • Exceptional consultative sales and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
  • 3+ years of dental business office experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology.
  • Knowledge of dental office procedures.
  • Knowledge of accounting and administrative principles and procedures.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with dental practice management software and CRM systems preferred
  • Management or supervisory experience preferred
  • Knowledge of dental practice management software preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct consultations for high-value specialty dental treatments, including dental implants, full-mouth rehabilitation, oral surgery, and comprehensive restorative care
  • Present treatment plans and financing options in a clear, compassionate manner
  • Build strong relationships with patients to increase case acceptance and treatment completion
  • Collaborate closely with specialists, general dentists, and administrative teams to create seamless patient experiences
  • Lead and mentor team members while helping drive practice growth and sales performance
  • Maintain consistent patient follow-up and pipeline management
  • Track performance metrics and help achieve monthly and annual production goals
