About The Position

Beacon Capital Partners is seeking a Senior Treasury Manager to join their Treasury Operations & Cash Management team. This role will lead banking administration, cash management, and treasury operations across a complex commercial real estate investment platform. The Senior Treasury Manager is responsible for ensuring efficient cash movement, operational excellence, business continuity, and continuous process improvement while serving as a key partner to accounting and business stakeholders.

Requirements

At least 6 years of progressive treasury and cash management experience with strong hands-on operational involvement
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Problem solver with the ability to identify risks, develop solutions, and drive process improvements
Strong understanding of cash management, debt administration, and treasury operations
Experience working with ERP and treasury management systems

Nice To Haves

Masters preferred
Commercial real estate or multi-entity experience preferred
Ability to lead staff and offshore resources

Responsibilities

Manage all banking relationships and procedures including openings/closings, signer management, user access and support
Oversee wire transfers, ACH payments, and cash concentration activities
Evaluate treasury management systems and implement process improvements
Maintain treasury policies, procedures, and internal control documentation
Own the Quarterly Asset Management and cash processes, including triaging to the appropriate team members as needed
Work closely with the Controller to manage and rectify any escalations from the Treasury Team
Build and maintain strong cross departmental communications
Provide support to the accounting department
