About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Treasury Management Consultant within Global Payments & Liquidity. In this role, you will partner with relationship managers and business bankers in a consultative selling role and be responsible for meeting annual sales goals and sales activity targets by developing and executing a strategy to retain and fully penetrate existing relationships. You will review and analyze moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors within the Treasury Management Consulting functional area. You will independently resolve moderately complex issues and lead a Treasury Management Consulting team to meet project deliverables while leveraging a solid understanding of Treasury Management Consulting functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. You will collaborate and consult with Treasury Management Consulting peers, colleagues, and more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals. You will also lead Treasury Management Consulting projects and teams, or serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Treasury management products or services sales experience
  • Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
  • Strong sales acumen across a multi-leveled B2B sales environment
  • Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office products (Power Point, Word, Access)
